Our process
We aim to be straightforward to work with and to that end, we remain 100% available throughout the duration of each project and for maintenance long after the initial work is completed. Our constant goal is to form and nurture long term relationships with our clients.
Typically, we encourage an initial meeting to ensure we understand your business requirements. This allows us to create a proposal that provides a guideline for the duration of the project.
During the meeting, we can answer your questions and provide any
possible suggestions based on our industry experience
and the project requirements.
We will then provide you with a development proposal outlining the scope of the project, timelines and costs.
Upon commencement of the project, we encourange the client to keep abreast of the projects development via regular updates and where possible, online previews. In larger projects, we may ask you to sign off on major milestones before progressing to ensure your satisfaction.
For maintenance and small projects, we offer our customers the popular Service
Pack option, which is a pre-purchased block of hours with a reduced hourly rate, usable over 12 months and with no minimum time charges.
